Stephen believes that great coaching goes beyond drills. His training sessions are designed to be healthy, educational, and high-energy, focusing on proper technique, lacrosse IQ, and long-term athlete development. With experience coaching elite talent through Long Island Club Lacrosse—ranked #6 nationally by Inside Lacrosse—and serving as an Offensive Coordinator at Molloy College, Stephen brings a deep understanding of the game at both the youth and collegiate levels. As a former Hofstra University All-American, team captain, and All-CAA offensive player, he knows firsthand what it takes to succeed and is passionate about passing that knowledge on to the next generation.
